The Butcher

It has been a few weeks since we have posted. Leonard has been busy preaching, preparing TV programs, responding to our viewers and doing all the other things that come with Kingdom work. So, this is Pam posting.

I am constantly amazed at how God uses the mundane things in our lives to show us how He works. I was so encouraged this week that I have to share it with you.

High food costs are here in India as well, and we are trying to cope the best we can. Normally, I shop at the grocery store, but because of increased prices decided to shop at the source itself. So, I asked Leonard to stop at the butcher on his way home from the office. Well, you know how Leonard loves to talk. He starts up a conversation with the butcher and tells him how he has been travelling recently, etc. The man looks at him and says "You are on TV. On the Tamilzan channel." Leonard was shocked! The butcher proceeds to say that he watches the program. Here is the God part. The butcher is a Muslim.

Please continue to pray for our work, especially the Divine Connection. Encounters like this tell us that the Lord is working.
